Terms and Conditions


  • All sales are made on a “sale - no return” basis, except as stated below in the Returns part of this Policy.
  • Items that are unavailable at the time of purchase will be notified to the Customer, and the invoice will be adjusted.
  • Orders with a nett invoice value (i.e. product only, and after any applicable discount) of $100 or greater will be shipped free of charge (Refer “Delivery” below)


  • All goods are to be paid for prior to shipment.
  • Only Visa or Master Card accepted.
  • All prices are Australian Dollars (AUD), and inclusive of GST.


  • Shipments are made Tuesday – Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
  • All products are shipped via Australia Post or alternate courier. (Standard service)
  • Orders placed will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment.
  • All delivery times are subject to Australia Post’s, or courier’s, quoted delivery times, and service.
  • Delivery is $12, unless the nett invoice value is $100 or greater (i.e. after any applicable discount) then it will be shipped free of charge.
  • CLICK & COLLECT - Please note that you will be notified once the order has been picked and ready for collection. Please call before coming to the Studio.
  • NOTE – It is the responsibility of the Customer to have a safe & secure delivery point. Deliveries are considered complete if the carrier has marked it as delivered on their tracking system.
  • It is the responsibility of the Customer to check the delivery. Any incorrectly picked items that are opened and used by the Customer will be charged to the customer and not accepted as a return.


  • Only damaged or incorrectly picked goods will be accepted as returns, and only if notified within 3 business days of receipt.
  • Credits are not issued until items have been sighted and the Supplier has agreed.
  • Products that have been opened, and used in any way, are not accepted as returns due to Health Regulations, and will be charged to the customer, even if sent in error.


  • We only use your information and details in order to provide product to you, and not shared with any 3rd parties except in the course of this service.

Pro Discounts (Policy available on request)

  • As we are wholesalers to the Makeup Industry, to apply you must be a qualified Makeup Artist; Media or Production Company; a Salon that does make-up; or you are wishing to become a Stockist. (Stockists are subject to additional conditions)
  • We need to be able to verify you via Social Media, Web Site, or documents supplied.
  • Pro Discounts must be activated within 12 months or the Discount, and account, may be deactivated.
  • Pro Discounts may be withdrawn, and the account closed, if the account is not used for 2 years.
  • Pro Discount can be withdrawn or altered at our discretion, based on activity, and sales.
